The second in our Miskey range – whiskey cask-aged series. A traditional style mead made from carefully sourced pure forest honey from Galicia, matured and then aged in American oak casks from Midleton Distillery in Co Cork. These very special casks had been seasoned with single pot still Irish whiskey. Finished semi-sweet with enticing whiskey aromas, baked apple,
coconut and vanilla notes, lingering peach and vanilla finish.
Only 12% ABV. Less Burn, more buzz! Best served on its own, lightly chilled allowing the honey and
whiskey notes to linger.
