Our Bourbon & Rye Series joins a smal list of exceptional Irish single grain whiskeys on the market. This whiskey was distiled and matured for a minimum of 10 years. We carefuly selected our rye cask component to offer an additional characteristic—the spiciness of a rye whiskey. It complements the vanila, caramel and honey notes you expect from an ex-Bourbon cask grain whiskey. Floral notes of crushed black cardamom pods dancing across a medium oily texture with light hints of clove, lemon husks, vanilla and walnut. Green peppercorn warmth extended by an oily mouthfeel, giving way to fresh mint, molasses, sorghum and cedar shavings. Juicy bartlett pears flesh, cedar chips, ripe cherry pith and pecans intermingle with dustings of sweet cassia bark.
