Cold IPAs are fermented with lager yeast & at much lower temperatures than their traditional relatives, giving a clean, bright & crisp body for the big dry hop addition to shine through. Ours was brewed with Belgian pilsner malt, Flahavan's oats & a touch of wheat before being cold conditioned, then dry hopped with the pine & grapefruit led citra, alongside the gooseberry & white wine led, hallertau blanc.
