We recently invited our good friends from Bullhouse Brew Co for a long overdue collab.
The Belfast team loves big hazy DIPA and it's something we are really enjoying brewing at the moment so we dived right in at the deep end. Celestial Floods is a DIPA dry hopped with Galaxy, Riwaka and Mosaic but to keep things interesting we decided to use Galaxy Spectrum (100% Natural liquid hops) and Mosaic Spectrum in the whirlpool. Also Riwaka is a rare hop from NZ which we’ve wanted to use for ages. It’s very unique gooseberry flavours really make it stand out. The result is a juicy zesty supernova of passion fruit, peach and tropical fruits where the skies meets the river. We think it's one of the best hazy beers we've made...
