Coming in at 6.8% abv, Lough Gill Brewery`s Pastry Sour release number 2 in 2025, Coconut Breeze aims to get into your glass the full experience of a piña colada. Brewed with Irish Lager Malt, a generous dose of Oats, Wheat and Lactose, fermented with Lallemand Philly Sour and a great amount of Pineapple Puree. During maturation then we hand roasted a unbelievable amount of Coconut chips and let them infuse in the finished product before packaging. A great mix of flavours coming through this pastry sour, sip after sip it calls for glass refill, perfect for sunny summer days ahead.
