Once every 2 years all of the members of HORAL (The High Council for Artisnal Lambic Beers) open their doors to the public. Allowing visitors in to their truly unique breweries and blenderies, to gain an insight into lambic, one of the real curiosities of Belgian beer. To celebrate this special event, all of the HORAL members come together to contribute lambics to make one incredible blend. Beautifully dry, fantastically effervescent, and thoroughly imbued with the personality of the Pajottenland.
