It is a lager in the "Slovácko way". It is really full and bitter, also because we hop it 4 times, even cold. We brew it from local water, light malt from the Kroměříž malt house and with a little caramel malt from the Záhlinice malt house. It is brewed in a decoction of two mashes with four hops. The main fermentation takes place in a fermentation room with subsequent fermentation in lager tanks at a temperature between 1–2 °C. Matthew 12% for the fourth time we are cold hops in a lager tank. The strong malt body of the beer is balanced by the initial higher bitterness gradually turning into a delicate bitterness sticking to the palate, accompanied by a balanced hop aroma.
