Daffodils are up, sun is out more than once a month, Spring is finally here and we’re busting out another Catharina sour. We’ve had so many requests for another in the past few months, so we rushed out this slightly more cold weather orientated one. This softly sour Brazilian style sour is pumped full of fresh Blackberry puree, a zest of Yuzu and just a hint of raspberry for a fruit, full bodied winter berry fruit explosion. Vibrant, tart and easy drinking, we love making these sours and we’re glad people are now asking when the next will be released.
