Elani has swiftly become one of our new favourite hops in the brewery. While it brings fresh melon and light lemony notes to the party, it's real powers come in synergy with other varietals, providing deep base notes to the symphony that is a Double IPA and allowing it's band mates, Nelson Sauv and Cascade to do their thing. We've layered it in heavily with a Mid Fermentation addition as well as a Dry Hop, before topping it off with fresh Nelson and Cascade CGX to really hit the crescendo
